These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TT Marketing, LLC, doing business as EasyConnect ("EasyConnect," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website at https://www.easyconnect.co or https://www.easyconnect.im, our phone and messaging services, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 14 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Services, submitting your information through our website or advertisements, speaking with our representatives, or asking us to place an order on your behalf, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in one of the 50 United States. The Services are not offered in U.S. territories or outside the United States. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. What EasyConnect Is (and Is Not)

EasyConnect is an independent authorized dealer and comparison service for internet service providers. We help you check which providers and plans are available at your address, compare offers, and place an order with the provider you select.

We are not an internet service provider. The internet service you purchase is provided by the third-party provider you select, under that provider’s own terms of service, pricing, and policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, provider service availability, installation scheduling, network performance, speeds, outages, pricing changes, promotional terms, billing, equipment, or customer service. Any dispute concerning the internet service itself is between you and the provider.

Provider availability information presented through the Services is based on data supplied by providers and third-party sources and is provided for convenience. Final serviceability, pricing, and terms are determined by the provider at the time of order confirmation.

4. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

When you ask us to place an order, you authorize EasyConnect to submit your order and related information to the provider you select. Where a provider requires a credit check or advance payment, you authorize us to collect the required information — which may include your Social Security number, date of birth, and payment card information — and transmit it to the provider for that purpose. You understand that the provider (not EasyConnect) performs any credit inquiry, and that a credit inquiry may affect your credit. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not retain payment card or government identifier information after your order is submitted.

You may confirm your order consent by phone or, where offered, by optional voice signature. Voice signatures are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you provide to us is true, complete, and accurate, and that you will notify us of any changes. We are not responsible for order errors, delays, or cancellations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

6. Consent to Communications (Calls, Texts, and Email)

By providing your phone number to EasyConnect — through our website, an advertisement lead form, a referral, or by phone — you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from EasyConnect and those acting on our behalf at that number, including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and AI-assisted technology, regarding your inquiry, your order, and our services and offers.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP (or OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END) to any text, by telling our representative during a call, by emailing security@easyconnect.co, or by any other reasonable means. Reply HELP or text HELP to 866-406-8604 for assistance.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Promotions and Referral Programs

From time to time, we may offer promotions, incentives, or referral programs. Any such program will be governed by the program-specific terms we publish at the time, in addition to these Terms. Unless the program-specific terms say otherwise, the following always apply:

Program terms control: eligibility requirements, qualifying conditions, reward amounts, and payment methods will be described in the program-specific terms. No reward is earned except as described there.
Referee consent: if a program involves referring other people, you may only refer people you personally know and who have given you permission to share their contact information with us. You may not promote any program through spam, bulk distribution, paid advertising, or misleading claims — including any claim that internet service is free or government-subsidized.
Taxes: you are responsible for any tax consequences of rewards you receive. Where required by law, we may require taxpayer information (such as a Form W-9) and may issue tax reporting forms (such as a Form 1099).
Fraud and abuse: we may withhold or reverse rewards, and remove participants from any program, where we reasonably believe a submission is fraudulent, self-referred, duplicative, or violates these Terms or the program-specific terms.
Changes: we may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or program at any time. Rewards properly earned before a change takes effect will be honored.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, trademarks, logos, software, and design, are owned by EasyConnect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security features; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services by automated means; (e) impersonate EasyConnect or misrepresent your affiliation with us, including in advertising or referrals; or (f) use the Services to send unsolicited communications.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services, including internet service providers. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party, including the provider you select, are solely between you and that third party.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EASYCONNECT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PROVIDER WILL BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOUR ADDRESS, THAT ADVERTISED PRICING OR PROMOTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE OR HONORED BY ANY PROVIDER, THAT INSTALLATION WILL OCCUR ON ANY PARTICULAR DATE, OR THAT ANY INTERNET SERVICE WILL PERFORM AT ANY PARTICULAR SPEED OR RELIABILITY LEVEL. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYCONNECT AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR ANY INTERNET SERVICE ORDERED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyConnect and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any referral you submit in violation of Section 7.

14. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

14.1 Informal resolution first

Before filing any claim, you agree to give us an opportunity to resolve the dispute informally by emailing security@easyconnect.co with a written description of the dispute and your contact information. If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

14.2 Binding arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services — including claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or state telemarketing laws — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement.

14.3 Class action waiver

YOU AND EASYCONNECT EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court, and the remainder of this Section remains in effect.

14.4 Opt-out right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing security@easyconnect.co within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, contact information, and your intent to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

14.5 Fees

Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 14. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you and EasyConnect consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as a prominent posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to EasyConnect, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 11 through 15 — survive.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EasyConnect regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
